Spectator Information

ATM/CASH MACHINE

Two ATM/Cash Machines will be located on course - one at the Merchandise Pavilion located near the Main Entrance and another at the secondary Merchandise Pavilion near the clubhouse.


CAMERA POLICY

Cameras are permitted on Monday, July 7 through Wednesday, July 9 ONLY.

DISABiLITY SERVICES

ADA accessible parking is available for spectators in the public parking lot. Wheelchair accessible shuttles will be available to transport spectators with disabilities to and from the main entrance of the championship.

Pride Mobility Scooters will be provided free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Main Admissions Gate.


FIRST AID STATIONS

Two first aid stations will be located on the championship grounds with medical care provided by Integris Health.


PARKING

Public parking is complimentary and will be at the northeast corner of Kelly Avenue and Waterloo Road intersection. The intersection of Waterloo and Kelly will be closed to vehicle traffic.  Please enter the public parking lot from the east on Waterloo.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Security procedures for the championship have been implemented. Listed below are items that are not permitted on-site at the U.S. Senior Open:

  • No Laptop Computers and/or Full Size Computers (tablets and other mobile devices are permitted subject to the posted mobile device policy)
  • No Noise Producing Electronic Devices (including MP3 Players)
  • No Cameras (other than Monday through Wednesday for personal photographic use)
  • No Video recording at any time with any device
  • No Backpacks, Briefcases or Bags larger than 6"W x 6"H x 6"D in their natural state
    • Note: Transparent/clear plastic hand and shoulder bags smaller than 12”W x12”H x6”D are permitted.
  • No Cases and/or Covers (such as camera cases or chair/umbrella covers)
  • No Signs, Posters and/or Banners
  • No Televisions and/or Radios unless provided by the USGA
  • No Food except for medical or infant needs
    • Each spectator is permitted to bring one (1) one clear bottle of water, up to 16 ounces in size and sealed, through the admission gates
  • No Containers and/or Coolers except for medical or infant needs
  • No Pets (other than service animals assisting disabled individuals)
  • No Lawn Chairs or Oversized Chairs (only portable compact chairs permitted)
  • No Bicycles inside admission areas or on the championship grounds
  • No Ladders and/or Step Stools or other similar items
  • No Metal-Spiked Golf Shoes
  • No Fireworks, Explosives or Weapons (regardless of permit, including but not limited to firearms or knives)

Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the USGA and/or Championship Security Personnel, in their sole discretion.

 

Parents with small children are allowed to bring strollers and diaper bags, if needed. These items are subject to reasonable inspection before entering and/or at any time during the Championship.


A Lost and Found will be located at the Main Entry. Oak Tree National is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.


WILL CALL

There will be one Will Call facility at the Main Entrance. Spectator parking is in close proximity and a short walk to Will Call and the Main Entrance. No ticket is needed to use the spectator parking lot.
